    Holy Smoke Batman. Those are some super impressive loads from the CF Jenks CrossFitters. Loads over 200lbs are no joke. Great efforts. I would have to be peeled off the floor at those loads.

    Coach Breck I will have to take a couple days off. I had my Left knee injection today. 2 days light activity as per the doctor. Next week I get the right knee injection, so I will miss a couple more days. Just have to perform upper body stuff.

    Great Job again on those huge thruster lifts.
