Power clean

Front squat

Push press

Back Squat

Push press

5 Rounds

Rest as needed between rounds.

    Round 1: 95
    Round 2: 115
    Round 3: 135
    Round 4: 155
    Round 5: Failed @ 185

    Round 1: 45
    Round 2: 115
    Round 3: 135
    Round 4: 155
    Round 5: 175

    The 1st round with 45 lbs was suppose to be a warm-up. I was going to go for 185 lbs on the 5th round but I had nothing left after the 175 lbs. Maybe next time!

    I did 165-175-180-165-165
    PR on total weight for Back Squat 3-3-3-3-3

    Round 5: 135(failed on 7)

    I tried to beat the fatigue and during my clean it just flew out…really pissed me off…during my anger I called Breck a jackass…I am sorry…it is I who is the jackass…I think next time I’ll hit the 155

    Round 4: 145 (f on 5) then got all 7
    Round 5: 155(failed on 5)

    sauce- my side still hurts from laughing at your post. “jackass” wish i could’ve seen that.. breck a 175# bear complex = badass not jackass in my book. ha/ha! still would have been funny to been there
