Due to the Southwest Regional Qualifiers this weekend the Friday afternoon 5:30pm, 6:30pm and all of Saturday’s classes will be canceled.

    Did 3 rounds 21-15-9 of 60lb. full squat snatch and pull-ups
    My time: 31:51

    I have really felt challenged to get out of bed and get to the gym this week. My body has been saying:

    “Don’t go to the gym today. You are too old. You need to back off. Everything hurts and is sore because you are old. You can’t keep this up. You need to go back to doing easy workouts. Just do some jogging and light weights. Take it easy. You are really aging and cannot be expected to keep this up.”

    I have answered:
    “#@&*~ that!”
