15 Deadlifts (Men 225 lbs, Women 155 lbs)

9 Handstand push-ups

3 Muscle-ups

Congratulations to Derk and his wife on the birth of their new baby girl, Harlow!  This workout represents the date of her birth which was on April 27th.

Due to the Southwest Regional Qualifiers this weekend, today’s 5:30pm, 6:30pm and all of Saturday’s classes will be canceled.

    asrxd: 11:something i think Derk-if Harlow if the girl is as tough as the wod you are one lucky dude. Go get ‘em qualifiers we are all pulling for you. I really wish I could be there it will be an awesome experience. Wish me luck against the swine flu. ha! Catch ya in a week.
