Those of you that are contemplating not coming for this WOD are the one’s who really need to be here to do it! We have a good course marked off at the gym and it can be WALKED, JOGGED OR RAN.. Whatever floats your boat! Also, if need be, you can ROW a 5K! If the pregnant lady can do it, you can too!! : )

I ran 28:04 on the road
I have a guilty conscience and am feeling Nicole is singling me out. With my hip issue I think that walking, crawling , or rowing will aggrevate the hip. I’m hoping Coach will let me work on my hand stand push push ups and let me do JT. I know Coach discourages deviating from the WOD, but I hope he will have compassion on the old man.
Crossfit LA today. Great place and nice people but very happy with what we have at Crossfit Jenks!

I would have preferred to run w/ the CFJ crowd, but not more than my desire to have a date night w/ my bride while the in-laws watched the children. So I ran what might have been some where close to 5K, and tried a little POSE method in there off and on. My calves/achilles are already feeling a little strange. Perhaps because my knowledge of POSE is rudimentary at best…
