10 Wallballs (Men 20 lb ball, Women 14 lb ball)
10 Box Jumps (20″ box)
10 Deadlifts (Men 205 lbs, Women 145 lbs)
10 Burpees

    As many rounds/reps as possible in 20 minutes of:
    10 Wallballs (Men 20 lb ball, Women 14 lb ball)
    10 Box Jumps (20″ box)
    10 Deadlifts (Men 205 lbs, Women 145 lbs)
    10 Burpees

    I used 185 lbs. for dead lifts. Completed 6 rds, 1/2 way through 7th rd.

    Man what a blaster. This was 20 minutes of intense high heart rate muscle pounding work. Great WOD. Best of intensity, stamina, and endurance hitting the metabolic pathways today CFJ Crossfitters. Enjoy your WOD.

    Modified – 185 lbs. dead lifts.

    10 Deadlifts (Modified to 135 lbs)
    10 Burpees (these are soooo evil to me!!!!)

    4 rounds even…great workout!
