    justin that was an impressive performance this morning. I want to be like you when I grow up! Nicole what a picture, when lil Breckalina shows up you’ll have to show her all these bump workout photos because they are all really funny. (in a good way of course)

    Coach Berry generously gave the YWCA crew this WOD today, too.

    AMRAP in 20 minutes:

    10 Dumbbell Squat Cleans (I used 20 lbs dumbbells, which has made me feel guilty)
    10 Handstand Push-ups (nowhere NEAR nose to floor)

    5 rounds complete, plus 10 DB Squat Cleans

    Although I was terrible at these, I liked that we got to work on something new.

    AMRAP in 20 Minutes of:

    10 Dumbbell squat cleans (I used 20lbs but definitely should have been using 25lbs)

    10 Handstand push-ups (used a mat so I wouldn’t fall directly on my head, but all were head to mat- hopefully one day I can get nose to floor)

    5 rounds- 13:11

    Total rounds- 7 plus 6 squat cleans

    Probably one of my favorite WODs yet!

    This one looked like an AWESOME one!!!

    I have started “working out” again as of today… didn’t know who else to tell! plus, figured this would give me some perspective sometime in the future when I DO come back and feel like I didn’t do a good enough job on a CF workout.

    Walk as far as possible in 20 minutes:

    result= close to a mile!
    also, first day SWEATING again…felt good. hopefully it was more a result of the scorching heat and not a sign of my deconditioning.
