    I did this one wednesday cause I couldnt do the one that you did for Andy’s B-day here at the shop

    Today I did The Iceland Regional Qualifier:

    As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
    5 pullups
    10 burpees
    15 Kettlebell swings (24/16kg)
    20 Double unders

    Rounds Completed= 7 Rounds

    Worked out w/ Breck’s Y class- great job everyone!

    5 Rounds for Time:
    100 Bike Rotations
    15 KB Swings w/20lbs
    10 DB Overhead walking lunges w/10lb db’s
    5 Shoulder Press w/ 10lb db’s

    as Rx’d in 6:44.

    Missed once in the first 50 DUs, a couple times in the 40-30, then all clear to the finish. The sit-ups take me much longer than the stupid DUs.
