For total time and reps:
2 Minutes of dumbbell thrusters (Men 35 lbs, Women 20 lbs)
2 Minutes of pull-ups
2 Minutes of double unders
2 Minutes of push-ups
2 Minutes of medicine ball squat cleans (Men 20 lb ball, Women 14 lb ball)
1 Mile run
Post total time and reps to responses.
The 7:30 pm class on Mondays and Thursdays will be canceled until July 14th. At that time we will be changing it to Tuesdays and Thursdays. Sorry for any inconvenience.
