Power clean

Front squat

Push press

Back Squat

Push press

5 Rounds

Rest as needed between rounds.

    Thanks everyone! Have I told you I am a stunt double on the side?!? :) I needed to do lots more of those jumps to get in better shape for the crazy altitude here in Colorado!!!
