For time:
400 Meter run
100 Thrusters (Men 95 lbs, Women 65 lbs)
The rules: Complete as many thrusters as possible without touching the bar to the ground. Once the bar touches the ground you have to complete another 400 meter run before performing thrusters again. Do this until you accumulate 100 thrusters.

I am sorry I didn’t get a chance to stop in and say farewell yesterday- I waited till the last minute on too many things and had a lot of my plate! I wanted to wish you all the best. Thank you for your friendship and all the mempories I have at CFJ. You all are great. I will keep you updated Cornhusker style!

Wow. I underestimated this workout… by a lot.
29:06 was my time.
Ended up running 5 400′s
Had to scale back to 55# after doing 29 thrusters, or I would have been there ALL DAY.
I loved this workout. Cole did not. His time was 28:21 and he’s still recovering… I think he missed the YWCA.
