  3. Sorry for mising out on man fest this morning Breck…did my long run today and now am Mr.Mom for the day with the nieces.

    6.3 miles: 50 min-ish (more on the overside)…need to get a watch

    Think I’ll move the long runs to Sunday from now on

  6. Hello CFJ’ers! I hope you all are having a great weekend! I completed my first week here in Nebraska- but it feels like much longer than that- things are going well and I am getting acclimated to everything – it is really windy here though. I’ve been continuing with some modified crossfit stuff- no one here has really heard of it- but people sound interested in it- I have been working out with one of the volleyball players here and she kicks my a** at sprints and I kick hers in weights and lifting, but she is likes it! I am preparing to write grants to get money to get stuff to do crossfit here so hopefully by next semester there will be some sort of crossfit class- I miss you guys and the motivation- I did Jackie today and my time was way off my PR. It’s harder for me when no one else is doing it ha ha – Hope all is well! See you guys soon!
