1 Minute of Squat Cleans (135lbs/85lbs) = 3pts for each rep
3 Min rest
1 Minute of Squat Cleans (155lbs/95lbs) = 5pts for each rep
3 min rest
1 minute of Squat Cleans (185lbs/115lbs) = 8pts for each rep
3 min rest
1 minute of squat cleans (205lbs/125lbs) = 12pts for each rep
3 min rest
1 minute of squat cleans (225lbs/135lbs) = 17pts for each rep

Starting September 1st:

  • We will be offering a 4:30 pm class on Monday’s, Wednesday’s, & Friday’s.
  • The current 7:30 pm class on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s will no longer be offered.

Don’t forget about the “Fight Gone Bad IV” fundraiser that will be held on September 26, 2009. Crossfit OKC has invited us to join them this year for the event at their gym. Not only will you be benefiting a great cause but you will also get to participate in the infamous “Fight Gone Bad” CrossFit WOD! If thats not good enough, there will also be a BBQ afterwards!

    Total Points= 306 I remembered the total just not all of the math to = the total. Either way I am only 78 points short from “man child” status. Justin that score is pretty stupid.. Loren I guess we were both chasing ghosts this morning, nice work none the less.

    I was going to post my results but after looking at those crazy point totals all I’ll say is I went today and had a good workout.

    I left all my actual reps at each weight at the gym, but my total was 169. That was a great workout!!!

    135 x 0 Failed x three. I just couldn’t get out of that squat. My legs were jello, but I’ve got that weight next time. 125 was my PR squat clean before this workout and still is.
    Total = 136 (last time 107)
