Nicole and I would like to announce the birth of our new daughter, Sabrey “Berlyn” Berry! She was born this morning at 4:38. She weighed 8 lbs and was 20 1/2 inches long. Everything went well and she is healthy and happy! Thank you to everyone for all that you have done for us!

    Nicole’s workout was:

As many rounds as it takes until a baby pops out of:

    3 – 10 second pushes
    rest between contractions

We lost track of rounds but it was executed at high intensity!

Well there is nothing like an early morning workout. Good job Nicole and congratulations to both of you. At 4:38 this morning your lives changed for the better. Children are a wonderful blessing that grows daily. Well, except for that 12-14 year time period where you just kind of hold your breath. I know the CF-Y clan all look forward to our introduction to Sabrey Berlyn.
