    as rx’d: 21:(30)ish No excuses!! But as my man Loren says that was a serious case of L.B.S. like I had not experienced in awhile.. at least I still beat Andy.. OHHH! watch out!!

    I’m in Michigan…Kody and I are going to do some sort of tabata this afternoon. I just wanted everyone to know that I am seriously depressed that I missed this one. It sounds awesome.

    as rx’d 23:40ish, pick on the 36 yr old still dealin w too much mexico-not cool
    leaning stowers….great job stowers and todd i guess we r the only ones who
    can get up by 9 on sat. morn.

    this one looks good I will have to do it tomorrow- there was a workout here 20 min of 5 thrusters, 10 hang power cleans and 15 sdhp’s girls 55- guys 75- so I bet there would be a lot of high rounds- I will do CFJ’s saturday tomorrow and do the one I listed later this week- hope you all and baby sabrey are doing well! Miss you guys!
