    21:ish welcome to monday with that lil’ kick in the @ss & lunges to for that matter. Loren-you got me thinking I should start the 1/2 marathon Sunday routine…. On second thought I’ll just keep taking those Cardio beat down you hand out and call it good.

    This was tough….
    Nikki, I can’t even imagine you even thinking about a WOD…esp.
    this one….just 6 days after giving birth. You are amazing. You should instruct CF for moms to be… I would llike to know how many pregnant women can do a 24 minute work out on the day they deliver (as you did!!!) We will all be glad when you can return…we miss you….Nikki you share Breck’s passion for CrossFit..and that passion makes the WODS fun!. (I can’t believe I used the word “fun”..but true)

    I wanna blame this on being sick and the long absence/lower back pain I was having…but it was more so a combination of me being a mental puss/the intimidation caused by Paige being a crossfit maneater/werewolf…seriously great job Paige
