I had high hopes and started with 55#. By the end of the 3rd my form was horrible, so switched to 45#…

Nicole and Breck – what a beautiful baby! Get lots of pictures, they grow up too quickly.
Thanks to yesterdays workout I think I am going to Walgreens to shop for a walker or a wheelchair.
I got tired just watching Breck run up that hill on Sara’s posted video! Rest day today…at it again in am.

First of all what a precious gift your daughter is, she is ADORABLE. Secondly, when I got up this morning I had full intentions of doing todays WOD but as the day wore on, I felt worn out…. Maybe it was Tuesday and Wednesdays workouts that left me saying “ain’t gonna happen”. I am seriously suffering…. And lastly, Robert your post made me laugh out loud. Maybe we could get a buy one/ get one free offer. I’m feeling your pain.
