“The Bear Complex”

7 Sets of the sequence:

Power clean

Front squat

Push press

Back Squat

Push press

5 Rounds

Rest as needed between rounds.

    1st Round- 95 lbs
    2nd Round- 115 lbs
    3rd Round- 135 lbs
    4th Round- 155 lbs
    5th Round- 190 lbs (failed) completed 5 sets

    I love the bear…dangit!

    45 minutes on the elliptical. Hopefully I’ll be back next week. YAY!

    1st Round- 95 lbs
    2nd Round- 115 lbs
    3rd Round- 135 lbs
    4th Round- 155 lbs
    5th Round- 185 lbs. (failed on 4)

    Warmed up with 2 Rounds of the Bear Complex… planned on doing it as the workout but wimped out. Instead I did:

    21-15-9
    Sit-ups
    Front Squats w/55lbs
    Push-press w/55lbs

    Time: 17:46

    Sit-ups are a pretty tough exercise when your abs are all stretched out and don’t work anymore.: (

    800 m run
    30 pullups
    =15:00

    Bear complex: 75-85-95-105 then failed at 125 chasing Andy “its the new black” Brown
