As a correction, I didn’t really row the 1000 meters in 3:19.1. I can’t recall my row time, but it wasn’t nearly that fast. That’s what I get for copying Breck’s post.

WOD time: quit at 5 rounds of 10 pullups, 15 pushups, 20 situps…30:xx?
Wasn’t feeling it today, seeing as I couldn’t even do the workout fast enough to break a sweat. Everyone else at the 430 class blazed through it though, great job!
WOD: Somewhere North of 40 minutes, leave it at that…..Will be in Laguna Beach rest of week and gonna check out Crossfit Laguna Beach. (they have beach WODs!) Will report when i get back… don’t worry will tell them I’m a Jenks Novice!
