  4. A big thank you to everyone who signed my card. It really meant alot to me. I miss everyone SO much. You can’t be a part of something like Jenks CrossFit for almost a year and not go through withdrawals once you have orders to stop. (Trust me when I say I tried to figure a way to still come with a non weight bearing cast on my leg and crutches.) This has really been hard to give up all of that. However, I do believe that my injury will heal and I will be back. I hope to stop by soon to say hello to everyone. Until then keep on keepin’ on.
