    30 minutes elliptical
    3 x 800 m run on treadmill w/ 1 min walk in between (3:58, 3:50, 3:45)
    20 x squat with 25lb dumbbells
    Dumbbell deadlifts and upper body…still nothing over head. :(
    I’m so weak…it is very sad.

    Saturday Suprise Team WOD

    In teams of two with only one person working at a time complete 5 rounds of:
    15kb swings #35
    15 burpees
    15 sit-ups

    when both members complete a set that is one round

    Time 21:something – My teammate and I finished first- he was a beast and that is why!

    Then we did a 3 man team row to row 3000 meters but not exceeding 500 meters during our turn to row
    time 12:something the rows were so close and we beat the other team by not even 1 second! The WOD was lots of fun- Hope to see you guys soon!

    Tulsa Run: 1:25 ish…afterwords…felt I could have gone faster…but was holding in a twosies since mile 3…and I wasn’t going to stop

    Congrats to all the crossfitters who participated! I saw some of you in passing

    Loren…your time is gross…but it’s what I would expect from a werewolf

    I agree with missing this one..

    I’m calling this the JOE WOD since he got Breck started with ideas of this maddening workout Time (mostly as rx’d) 34:38 Toes to bar was the kicker!
