    I forgot how to do math and did the first round and a half of deadlifts with 165. I quickly fixed that problem. This was probably my least favorite thing I have ever done at CrossFit.

    3 Muscle ups (subbed 3 pullups + 3 bar dips)
    So, really, not anything like Harlow…
