    Truly as rx’d~18:54. Not sure the last time I did JT my head touched the floor everytime. This time I made sure it touched everytime, made sure ringdips were below parallel, and pushups were legit. Good times!

    Now I must confess I have been hearing a lot about how hard the HSPUs were at the games on parallettes. So they must be hard if the elite have trouble.
    I said what the heck and set up to do my “J.T.” with parallettes. The HSPUs were extremely tougher. I actually had to stop or I would probably be there still.
    Went ahead and did “J.T.” with HSPUs like normal forehead/nose to floor to full lock out at top no kipping.
    Nonetheless I have found another weakness I must work.
    If you have not tried HSPUs on parallettes give it a try. Constantly Varied:)

    Not as Rxd on anything but push ups. (Bar Dips, Head to mat on weight)

    The worst day I’ve ever had with pullups. Last time I did 21 in one round, this time 28 over three rounds. Terrible case of the “itis”. Lame. No excuses.

    first 21 HSP unbroken then down hill from there.
    Truly as rx’d~ 14:39. Last time used ab may this time head to floor. I made sure it touched everytime, made sure ringdips were below parallel, and pushups were legit.

    15 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (75lbs)
    21 Ring Dips (had to use a band for assistance)
    50 air squats
