    Working today…hoping to make it to a treadmill for a 5K before everyone closes. Happy New Year everyone. Nicole – love the picture!

    I am not working today, but the only class available at CrossFit Strong this morning was at 7:30. There is just no way. I plan to do a 5K today, too!

    WOW what great classes today at CF Jenks. So glad I made it in. There is so much inspiration in the air and raw talent in that facility. Motivated me tremendously.

    Way too work hard and push through the lung and muscle burn.

    My hat goes off to all CF Jenks CrossFitters and it was so nice to meet so many of you.
