I know how much everyone loves burpees so I thought we should start the year off right with a 100 day burpee countdown challenge.  Here is how it works:  1 burpee on the first day, 2 burpees on the second day, 3 burpees on the third day, …………100 burpees on day one hundred.  If you complete every day you will have a total of 5,050 burpees.

    I am thoroughly impressed with anyone that can do this WOD as prescribed.

    I detest burpees! Therefore, I will accept the 100 day challenge. I only have 99 days to go. I hope to see some of the “Y” gang join me in this challenge. Coach B is always telling us to be prepared for anything and accept the mental challenges imposed. The Burpee Challenge seems to fit this montra. Anyone else “IN”???

    I regret that I did not come to meet Eva the beast, however I did prescribe to the 100 burpee challenge. And I’m STILL trying to goat my better half into CF. Happy new year all!

    30 KB swings (25lb left arm)
    30 Left Arm Ring Rows
    Time: 37:32
    I got my first, second and last set of KB’s unbroken. Last year I did this in 41:50 w/ a 35lb KB. I’m going to take this as an improvement even though it was modified to one side because I think one arm ring rows are actually very difficult. :)

    Oh yeah, 1 burpee. 99 days to go.

    That WOD looks crazy, I’m with Stowers. The Diener family is on board for the Burpee challenge. Bryson(7 year old) and Amy just did theirs in the kitchen. Merry New Year. Ha ha ha.

    Ginny, I love the “ONE ARM ” EVA..you were amazing on the rings!

    Breck, thanks for the great coaching in 2009! I feel so much stronger. If not for
    CrossFit Jenks, I would probably weigh 200 lbs and not be able to walk one block!
    I never could stay with any exercise program more than one or two weeks in my entire life until I joint CFJ. I have stayed with the program two years…and I am going to continue my journey. (I hope to be like Lynne someday!–Don’t think I will ever catch her..but it is my goal).

    Breck you are an awsome trainer! You have changed a lot of lives for the better..mine for one!
