Beginning February 1st, CrossFit Jenks will be offering monthly CrossFit On-Ramp Classes.  These will consist of 8 classes that will cover the fundamentals of CrossFit and prepare you for our regular group classes. There will be 2 different On-Ramp Classes offered.  One will be offered on Monday’s and Wednesday’s at 6:00am and the other will be offered on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s at 6:30pm.  You MUST sign up for these classes.  These classes will be limited to 5 individuals.  Once the classes have started you can’t sign up until the next On-Ramp Classes are offered.  So be sure to sign up soon.  E-mail breckberry@crossfitjenks.com or call (918)-639-9144 for more details or to get signed up.

    7 rnds + 10 burpees burpees in workouts are stupid. no check that, burpees are stupid

    I did regular pull-ups instead of L’s.

    Five complete rounds + 5 pull-ups + 6 burpees

    This was the worst I’ve probably ever performed. I spent more time resting than working out. Overhead squats are the enemy. At least I got my 30 burpees out of the way.

    15 Overhead squats (15lb dumbbells)
    7 rounds + 5 L pull ups + 1 burpee

    15lb dumbbells were the heaviest I had. Kody took them all to Lawton. I kind of liked the challange of dumbbell OH squats. I felt completely unbalance the whole time. Constanly varied!

    185 bench.

    Went to the gym with friends made them do some
    crossfit jenks intro workout. 500m run instead.

    They all died by the time for pullups only one of them
    finished.

    Though I do like the sound of Brian’s WOD, I saw it too late.

    More than virtual shoveling and 30 burpees.

    Did WOD with Stamile-with pillow for hspu. Time 17:??
