    1-rep w/ 165 then drop to 135

    Time was 6:36..Time was about 20 secs slower this time but I did 20 more lbs.

    Back Squat 245 X 5 X 2 sets

    WOD = 6:35
    Added my weight wrong, thought I was rx’d but only did 155 lbs.
    Time was about a minute faster with 40 more lbs. this time.

    Punishment for bad math = Power clean and jerk 165 lbs X 10 reps

    9 extra burpees for challenge

    Did 10 Burpees in the warm-up and 30 in the workout so I covered my 39 for today. However, I still owe for Saturday(37) and Sunday(38).

    I would have shaved ten seconds off if I had just done my push jerks unbroken. I can’t believe I dropped it after the first three.
