Don’t forget to get registered for the South Central Sectionals coming up March 13th & 14th.  I know CFJ has many outstanding female athletes that have yet to sign up.  Do it!

Also the American Lung Association’s Fight for Air Climb will be on Saturday, March 6th.  This will be a 50 floor stair climb up the BOK Tower! I have registered a team under the name CrossFit Jenks and need some team members.  The cost is $25 per participant and the American Heart Association would like each participant to raise $100.  If you would like to donate or join the CrossFit Jenks Team click here. The CrossFit Jenks Team goal is to have at least 10 team members and raise $1,000.  Please help us reach our goal and benefit a great cause!

    score was 133.

    I got as high as 155 on the rx’d sequence of lbs…did 165 for my highest lift. gave myself 6 points for 160 and 6 pts for 165..As far as I am concerned they can keep this wod in canada..not not trying to diss the cancucks..but this sucked..

    Total 108.

    Failed on three reps at 185 so the 0 was costly. 165lbs was my hightest and gave myself 6 points for each rep.
