Also the American Lung Association’s Fight for Air Climb will be on Saturday, March 6th. This will be a 50 floor stair climb up the BOK Tower! I have registered a team under the name CrossFit Jenks and need some team members. The cost is $25 per participant and the American Heart Association would like each participant to raise $100. I got as high as 155 on the rx’d sequence of lbs…did 165 for my highest lift. gave myself 6 points for 160 and 6 pts for 165..As far as I am concerned they can keep this wod in canada..not not trying to diss the cancucks..but this sucked..
