The American Lung Association’s Fight for Air Climb will be on Saturday, March 6th.  This will be a 50 floor stair climb up the BOK Tower! I have registered a team under the name CrossFit Jenks and need some team members.  The cost is $25 per participant and the American Heart Association would like each participant to raise $100.  If you would like to donate or join the CrossFit Jenks Team click here.   1. Not a good morning for me – Ugh! Made it through 30 minutes, but nowhere near 30 rounds. Got 15 rounds with a vom break about round 4.

    Diggin’ the video, except for Loren’s beatdown.. somewhat humbling to say the least.

    7 rounds in time, I think. 22 total rounds.
    First time for this workout and did not realize I needed to keep track of when I started over lapping rounds and time.

    Only 1 round withiin the minute and then 15 rounds – total of 16

    Last time did only 13 rounds.

  7. Completed 11 rounds within the minute, then a measly 8 after. Decided to do knee pushups last 3 since I was only doing one every few seconds…pushups were weak

  8. I only had 4 rounds within the minute, but had 17 total plus 3 pull-ups. I feel like I could have done more, but I ripped about halfway through and became fixated on my hands.
