The American Lung Association’s Fight for Air Climb will be on Saturday, March 6th.  This will be a 50 floor stair climb up the BOK Tower! I have registered a team under the name CrossFit Jenks and need some team members.  The cost is $25 per participant and the American Heart Association would like each participant to raise $100.  If you would like to donate or join the CrossFit Jenks Team click here.     time was 10:19…but breck afterwards told me that if he were judging me, a few of my squats were not low enough. so can’t really say rx’d..clint glad to see you back at the gym

    15:08 – RX on the cleans, but did Bar dips with the purple band.

    (Think I will love this workout when I can actually do ring dips. Some day!)

    14:06 at 118# (used the light bar) and ring dips were not legit.

    not happy with with this performance
