As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
5 (Men), 3 (Women) Handstand Push-ups
7 Squat Snatches (Men 95 lbs, Women 55 lbs)
10 Box Jumps (20″ box)

    WOD AS RX’D-7 rds. and 6 squat cleans

    Saw some of the girls that are doing the sectionals on sat. and they were telling me their times. You all some awesome times. You all are doing so good at the sectionals. Good luck!

    Had to make up a lot of burpees. Total of 285 in about an hour. All caught up.

    As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
    5 (Men), 3 (Women) Handstand Push-ups
    7 Squat Snatches (Men 95 lbs, Women 55 lbs)
    10 Box Jumps (20″ box)

    As Rx’d
    Rounds= 8 + 5 HSPU + 7 Squat Snatches & 1 Box Jump (189 total reps)

    was trying to type fast this morning, when I put in my post. Just now got on to check posts. Meant to say…Learned about some of the times the crossfit jenks girls did on the sectional WOD’s. Smokin times. You all are going to great this weekend!

    10 Box Jumps (20″ box)

    5 Rounds + 4 Squat Snatches

    As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
    3 HSPU (tall 10# bumper + “mouse pad” lol)
    7 Squat Snatches 55#
    10 Box Jumps (20″ box)

    5 Rounds. HSPU irritated the #*$& out of me. Had like 6 misses (and I wasn’t even doing them all the way to the floor LOL).

    Practiced snatch form w/ 75#
