WOD AS RX’D-7 rds. and 6 squat cleans
Saw some of the girls that are doing the sectionals on sat. and they were telling me their times. You all some awesome times. You all are doing so good at the sectionals. Good luck!

Had to make up a lot of burpees. Total of 285 in about an hour. All caught up.

5 Rounds. HSPU irritated the #*$& out of me. Had like 6 misses (and I wasn’t even doing them all the way to the floor LOL).
