		<description>Congrats to all of the CF Jenks athletes!  I had an absolute blast getting to know many of you this weekend (even when Ginny was kicking my butt).  You have an amazing group of athletes at CF Jenks!

Paige and Ginny, what a fun heat!  You girls inspired me to push myself much harder!  Thanks for a wonderful weekend!   I&#039;d love to train for Regionals with you girls.  

CF Jenks people had the best form out of all athletes that competed this weekend.  I guess you guys have a pretty decent trainer.  :)

		<description>Just talked with the guy who was filming at the sectionals.  He is a Crossfit guy here in Tulsa who is making a documentary of the whole weekend.  He said he taped all heats and had a lot of interviews.  The DVDs are $25. His phone # is 636-5953.</description>
