    A few of us ladies are planning to meet at 31st and Riverside this Sunday at 1:00pm to test our 5K time. ANYONE who would like to join us is more than welcome! The more the merrier!

    Did my first MU today! Pretty pumped. Did one before workout and one during workout. If I could only figure out those dam DUs.
