    For those of you, like myself, who have a hard time keeping your diet clean or are able to justify eating that extra cookie because you’ll burn it off in the gym later… take a gander at this article. I believe I’m ALMOST officially motivated to go Paleo. For the hundredth time.

    I need to be in the challenge. Ice cream has been my friend and I need to break up with it.

    I am interested! Maybe if I am publicly declaring my participation I will be less likely to fall off the wagon every thirty minutes. I’m already feeling carb anxiety, though.

    I’m with you Allison!! Btw, Robb Wolf and his website are a wealth if free information..His podcasts are well worth listening to if you are interested at all about paleo and exercise. Really really good stuff..
