    One year anniversary at CrossFit Jenks…celebrated with worst Fran time ever. Too embarassed to post results. Haven’t had my mind right since Sectionals.

    No weights in the Hampton.. So, 3 days of burpees (93,94,95)
    282 burpees =35:31 14 sets of 20+2 This hurt really bad and was just stupid..
