Samuel’s back home from boot camp and it is time to party!  This Saturday, April 17th at 1:00 pm Samuel & Kelsey would like to invite everyone to their home for some good food and ultimate frisbee!  Chicken and burgers will be provided so all you need to bring is a side dish (Paleo/Zone).  R.S.V.P.     WOD- DNF (unfortunately I had to work) but the pace I was going would have put me around 20 minutes.

    Attention CFJ’s interested in competing in the regional affiliate team competition!!!

    I am going to have a meeting hopefully sometime this week to go over details and try outs. We are in the most need of ladies who want to compete. We need at least three to have the team. There are so many of you that would be AMAZING. Please don’t be shy or nervous. This is going to be FUN! If I don’t hear from you I will be stalking you in person until you say yes. :) I’m very stubborn.

    I’ll be in paper work hell most of the week…we are transfering our files and preparing for testing the next three weeks…that and I have Special Olympics and Prom this weekend…so I won’t be back until Monday…but I’m staying Paleo strong…except for birthday…I had something not so good…just a bite or two…but that’s it!

    WOD – 13:20 RX

    This WOD will not go on my list of favorites. I struggled from the beginning so it felt like it took me forever. Great job this morning Loren….you killed it and congrats on the PR! You inspire me to work on my cleans!
