    Overhead Squats – Failed at 95 lbs on my worksets (I really need to work on these….they are my worst squatting exercise.)

    Congrats to the CF Jenks Team for the first place at this weekend’s “Fight for Air” Climb! You guys are a great community of athletes and I’m glad we have you to train with and compete against from time to time. It’s the way CF should be.
    Good luck with your Affiliate Team tryouts this Saturday. We also, will be holding tryouts on the same day. Want to combine them somehow? Let me know…
