nice video breck, but the song choice is somewhat questionable
Wod. 6 rounds + 2 left arm snatches in about 10 min. Tweaked my back and walked/layed around for the last five min.

Okay, after watching that video, in which I appeared to be resting THE ENTIRE TIME, my new goal is to no longer rest my hands on my knees. It’s a simple goal, one that everyone else seems to have mastered. Thank you for that video, Breck!

I timed how many seconds I appeared in the video and compared that to how many seconds I was working vs resting. Then I did the same for you. Our work/rest ratios were almost exactly the same. Your resting looked way more awesome than my resting though.
Thanks for the compliment, Kody, but your resting looked far superior to mine. Let’s hold each other accountable for our numerous rest breaks on Saturday.
