It’s been a very long time since I’ve done this workout.
1st Round – 55 lbs
2nd Round – 65 lbs
3rd Round – 75 lbs
4th Round – 80 lbs
5th Round – 90 lbs
Tough workout but I’m pumped to try 95 lbs next time!
