“The Bear Complex”
7 Sets of the sequence:
Power clean
Front squat
Push press
Back Squat
Push press
5 Rounds

Rest as needed between rounds.

    1st Round- 85 lbs
    2nd Round- 105 lbs
    3rd Round- 115 lbs
    4th Round- 135 lbs
    5th Round- 155 lbs (only made it through 3 sets)

    Still one of my favorite workouts…I’ll get that 95 next time! :-)

    It’s been a very long time since I’ve done this workout.

    1st Round – 55 lbs
    2nd Round – 65 lbs
    3rd Round – 75 lbs
    4th Round – 80 lbs
    5th Round – 90 lbs

    Tough workout but I’m pumped to try 95 lbs next time!

    Good job 5 am!

    And Paige your abs are absolutely amazing!!!! Good picture! :)

    ***Just Plane Fun Reminder***

    Please remember to pick up your t-shirt today and sign the waiver on the whiteboard. Otherwise, I will bring all the remaining t-shirts and waivers with me to Tulsa Tech on Saturday.

    Remember to be there at 12 pm and to look for me outside by the bleachers so we can make sure we have 20 people.

    B, I don’t think I’m going to be coming to CFJ today. I will be there Saturday morning, though. I can sign the waiver then or do it at Tulsa Tech. See you tomorrow!

    Also, I don’t have special rope-pulling gloves. Do you think taping my hands will work?

    Hey Allison! No special gloves are required…..something like work gloves is fine. I have a few pair so I’ll bring them with me. And it is fine to pick up your t-shirt and sign your waiver tomorrow!

    3rd Round- 85 lbs
    4th Round- 95 lbs
    5th Round- 105 lbs – FAILED after completing 4th rep (fell on my rear when bringing the bar down :( )

    AMRAP in 20 mins of:
    10 push up
    5 clean and jerk (135/95)
    10 pull up

    Ginny as Rx’d: 8 rounds + 3 clean and jerks
    Kody as Rx’d: 7 rounds + 5 clean and jerks

    Enjoying CF Transformation. Miss home. Go Wolverines… I guess

    Paige has a neat Rectus abdominus muscle with a very fibrous and delineated linea alba, way to go.
