    Got my first consecutive MUs of 4, 3, 3. The last three with a turnout at the bottom. I like that new set of rings. The grip is much better.

  12. Pre-workout worked on muscle-ups…..got 8 strict MUs doing singles and doubles.

    WOD: 12:29 using 40# DB (bodyweight of 165)

    rx was 35# DB but HELL no.
