20 Push Jerks (Men 95 lbs, Women 65 lbs)
20 Overhead Squats (Men 95 lbs, Women 65 lbs)
20 Front Squats (Men 95 lbs, Women 65 lbs)

With 4 Burpees on the minute every minute.

  3. Wod 12:57, modified 55lbs. Failed at mist of OHS.

    For those of you who are undecided on who to vote for state insurance commissioner, we ask you to vote for Mark Croucher. We are also supporting Scott Pruitt for attorney general. Both are conservative republicans and are good friends of ours.
