20 Thrusters (Men 95 lbs, Women 65 lbs)
20 Sumo Deadlift High Pull (Men 95 lbs, Women 65 lbs)
20 Push Jerks (Men 95 lbs, Women 65 lbs)
20 Overhead Squats (Men 95 lbs, Women 65 lbs)
20 Front Squats (Men 95 lbs, Women 65 lbs)

With 4 Burpees on the minute every minute.

    wod 7:43~ I really like this one. 1 sec slower than last time, going to blame Todd and Sherri for buying me too much beer on Friday night

    Brody and Brad great work on the back squat…that is some heavy weight

    Wod 12:57, modified 55lbs. Failed at mist of OHS.

    For those of you who are undecided on who to vote for state insurance commissioner, we ask you to vote for Mark Croucher. We are also supporting Scott Pruitt for attorney general. Both are conservative republicans and are good friends of ours.

    Used 55# thru 10 OH Squats, dropped to 45# after that!!

    That just plain ole’ SUCKED!!!!!!! No more vacations for me!!!! :(

    20 thrusters and 2 SDHP in the first minute, the pace slowed considerably after that.
