All classes this Saturday, August 7th will be canceled.ย  Instead we wanted to give Ginny a special outdoor workout and pool party to say goodbye and thank you!ย  The workout will begin at 9am with a cookout and pool party to follow.ย  Directions will be provided at the gym.

    30 Seconds Max Burpees
    30 Seconds Max Push-Ups
    30 Seconds Max Wall Ball
    30 Seconds Max Box Jumps
    Rest 30 Seconds between each movement. Post total number of reps completed to comments.
