Wednesday 100818

Every minute on the minute for 20 minutes:

5 Dumbbell deadlifts

5 Dumbbell hang power cleans

5 Dumbbell thrusters

Post dumbbell weight used, total minutes completed and total rounds completed thereafter.

The rx’d dumbbell weight is 45% bodyweight for men and 30% bodyweight for women (that is both dumbbells combined).

    I am very proud of my Carly. Not only is she now a CrossFit model, but she completed all rounds 12lbs.

    I love this WOD. Dumbbells are my favorite!
    Will try 20# next time..but will not get all 20 rds

    WOD using 25lbs – all 20 rounds completed, should have gone 10 rounds @30lbs, maybe next time.

    10 rounds 2 rounds with 35 then went to 30. Worst workout ever. I stunk it up.

    Can’t really say I’ve improved in a freaking entire year of CF LOL. In Oct completed 3 rds w/ 25# DB, 15 total rds, this time completed 6 rds w/ 25# DB, 15 rounds total.

    Press 140# 4-4-4

    WOD: completed 17 rounds in 17 minutes with 40# db (bw of 165), not much progress after that.

    All 20 rounds complete
    One of the toughest WOD’s I have ever done!
