Have you been wanting to try CrossFit but are not quite familiar with all the exercises and not ready for a large group class?  If so, the On Ramp Classes are for you!  The On Ramp classes are a group of 8 classes that teach the fundamentals of CrossFit in a small group setting.  For the month of September, the On Ramp Classes will be offered Monday & Wednesday at 6:00am and Tuesday & Thursday at 6:30pm.  They will begin Wednesday, September 1st.  Be sure to reserve your spot soon as these classes are limited to 5 people per class.

    I know that’s a really pitiful time and pales in comparison to the awesome weight some of you amazing women lifted, but it was my first rx’d Girl workout! I am pleased. Thanks, Breck, for pushing me! It can only get better from here!

    rx’d 4:52 level 5 pisstivity after this performance! So after a 20 min. check for my manhood hit yesterday’s wod during the 6:30 class.

    4 x 800 m runs w/ 2 min rest between
    20:24 So now it is official, I have the lungs of a 75 yr old emphysema patient and I am slow, Breck can we please lift some heavy @ss weight tom! Ha

  5. Way to go Erin! I got to see you finish your first Rx’d Fran and you looked so strong! You have come so far since on ramp. Those pull ups looked beautiful! Congrats to you!

    As Rx’d 5:03…although I called out twice…so I want to say 4:59…but no complaint here…ohh the times I have screwed it up
