Beginning October 1st, there will be a 12:00pm class offered on Monday, Wednesday & Friday. Also the 9:30am class will be offered Monday thru Friday; however, please be aware that there will be no daycare available on Tuesday & Thursday at 9:30am.
Starting in the month of October, CrossFit Jenks will be expanding our current 2 day a week On Ramp Classes to 3 days a week. The schedule will be as follows:
Beginning of the month (Monday, October 4th) there will be a Monday/Wednesday 6am class option or a 6:30pm option AND Saturday at 11am.
Starting mid-month (Tuesday, October 14th) there will be a 6:30pm Tuesday/Thursday class AND Saturday at 11am.
**The Saturday class time will be a combination of the On Ramp class and the Free Introductory Class.
These classes are limited to 5 people per class. Please e-mail Breck at breckberry@crossfitjenks.com by Friday, October 1st to reserve your spot.
Phil Hawkins has recently opened a new restaurant (the KITCHEN) on Brookside and wants to invite all CrossFit Jenks members to come out on Friday night, October 15th around 8:00pm for a fun filled night of great food and drinks!
