    Did the Cystic Fibrosis Climb for Life event at the Mid-Continent Tower. 76 flights of stairs in 9:02. It hurt me bad. Really bad.

    I think I would have been doing this WOD forever, so I skipped. I felt guilty, so I did:

    4 Rounds for Time:

    10 Alternating Turkish Get-ups (used a 25lb dumbbell)
    20 Military Sit-ups (anchored)
    20 Supermans
    20 Push-ups

    Time: 20:46
