    37:48..went out for 5k at 1120..not my best showing on the 5k, but 1st time putting it altogether.

  2. This week of benchmark workouts has left me more sore than I’ve ever been in my life! I will try to do Jerry at the Y today. I don’t think I will ever muster up the courage to tackle Severin. I am very impressed by everyone that does today!

    As Rx’d with 20 lb vest
    Our 5km route is actually more like a 6km route.
    Total time on our CFJ route: 41:13
    Time at the real 5km point: 36:52

    Rest exactly 10 minutes and then:

    “Jerry”
    As Rx’d with no vest
    1st mile around 7 minutes
    2km row- 7:48
    2nd mile around 8 minutes
    Time: 23:01

    The plan was to do both wod’s like the animal’s but, between the wind, “itis”, and my pure hatred for running I opted for the modified version.
