9 Back squats (Men 155 lbs, Women 105 lbs)

7 Burpees

5 Push press (Men 155 lbs, Women 105 lbs)

  1. 1 pullup the 1st min, 2 pullups the 2nd min….up to 20 minutes:
    12 rounds (First 7 1/2 rounds were strict, then moved to kipping. Failed after 11 reps on the 13th round)

    WOD as rx’d:
    3 rounds + 3 squats

  2. 1 pullup the 1st min, 2 pullups the 2nd min….up to 20 minutes:

    17rds completed..did not enough try the 18th

    wod as rx’d 3 rds even…nice work BP

  3. 1 pullup the 1st min, 2 pullups the 2nd min…up to 20minutes:
    15 rounds…7 pulllups in the 16th round

    wod at 135# = 2 rounds + 1 burpee

  4. Death by Pull-Up = 10 rounds w/ g-string band on the minute & 12 total rounds completed

    WOD w/ 75 lbs = 3 rounds + 2 push presses….subbed push-ups and air squats for burpees

  5. 1 pullup the 1st min, 2 pullups the 2nd min….up to 20 minutes:
    15 rds completed. Hands ripped. Did not enough try 16th
    wod as rx’d 3 rds plus 2 back squats
