First I want to say kuddos to all of you guys at Crossfit Jenks. You guys post incredible numbers and times on a daily basis. I used to do the daily WOD’s off of the main site but have now been following Breck’s programming for the last few months.
Unfortunately, my house and job are nowhere near Crossfit Jenks because I would love to get in there and train with you guys. I do these workouts each morning in my garage with my wife and look forward to seeing how much I need to improve when I see what most of you do.
I have been to a few other Crossfit gyms over the last three years. Dont take for granted what you guys have with Breck and Crossfit Jenks. It’s top notch.
