    Felt as weak as a kitten during this workout. Hope to be back to 100% next week. blah!

    Definitely going to try the wider grip next time, hopefully that will speed up the hang power cleans.

    Did WOD w/ 45Ib dumbbells…it’s what I had. Time: 4:02

    Followed by 8 rounds of 8 squats and 8 push ups
